Daniel attended Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated with concentrations in International and Comparative Law and Sports Law. After law school, he clerked for the Missouri State Public Defender  in Lebanon, Missouri before passing the Missouri Bar in 2023. After passing the bar, he served the State of Missouri as an Assistant Public Defender for Laclede and Camden County practicing criminal defense before moving to California. 

We are proud to have Joseph as our Legal Assistant, bringing a fresh perspective from his degree in Entrepreneurship. Joseph applies his strong organizational skills, innovative thinking, and attention to detail to support our attorney, staff and clients throughout the immigration process. His business background enhances efficiency in case management and client service, making him a valuable part of our team.

Joshua brings a unique perspective to our firm with his degree in Marketing. His background in strategic communication and organizational efficiency enhances our ability to deliver exceptional client service in the field of business immigration. Joshua supports our attorney by managing case documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth case processing—all with a strong focus on clarity, precision, and client care. 

Gigi brings valuable expertise from her degree in Accounting. Her strong analytical skills and attention to detail help support our attorneys and staff, allowing all of us to focus on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. 

We are proud to have Marjorie as our Communications Assistant, bringing expertise gained from a degree in Mass Communications. Marjorie plays a key role in managing client outreach, handling inquiries, and ensuring clear and timely communication between our office and the individuals, families, and businesses we serve. Her strong background in communication strategies allows us to better connect with clients and provide them with the information and support they need. 

Avelynn Garcia, is an international motivational speaker, best-selling author, and educator. She and her husband, Vic Garcia, co-host the public affairs program Tulong Ko Pasa Mo Global on TFC, The Filipino Channel. She manages our firm's media relations, crafts our strategic messaging, and develops our community engagement efforts. 

Holding a Master’s degree in International Marketing,  Marianne assists the firm's efforts to promote our legal services nationally and and globally.  As our firm's global ambassador, she helps us build and maintain connections with lawyers and legal associations around the world, identify new legal service opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
