Marlon Baldomero, Esq. - Of Counsel

Attorney Marlon earned his undergraduate degree from Ateneo de Manila University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines College of Law. After relocating to the United States, he completed a Master of Laws at Whittier Law School, specializing in the U.S. legal system for internationally trained attorneys.

Joseph Garcia - Legal Assistant

With a degree in Entrepreneurship, Joseph brings a strategic, business-minded approach to case management. He applies meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to support our attorneys and clients through every phase of the immigration journey. His ability to balance operational efficiency with a high-touch client experience makes him an indispensable member of our team.

Thoren Popelka - Legal Assistant

Thoren Popelka brings a robust background in corporate finance, auditing, and regulatory compliance to his role at The Lindain Law Firm. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Thoren applies his sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to the field of employment-based immigration. In his role as a Legal Assistant, Thoren leverages his financial literacy to support our attorneys in analyzing corporate data, preparing visa petitions, and auditing critical case files.

Gigi Domingo - Legal Assistant

With a background in Accounting, Gigi applies a high level of precision and a strategic, problem-solving mindset to our firm’s daily operations. Lolita Esteban - Legal Assistant

Lolita Esteban brings a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and procedural strategy to her role at The Lindain Law Firm. Marjorie Payumo - Office Administrator

We are proud to have Marjorie as our Office Administrator, a role in which she leverages her degree in Mass Communications to provide high-level support to our firm. Marjorie is instrumental in managing client outreach and handling inquiries, ensuring seamless and timely communication between our office and the individuals, families, and businesses we serve. Her expertise in communication strategies strengthens our ability to connect with clients and deliver the clear, consistent information.

Elijah Lindain - Account Officer

Elijah oversees the internal accounting and financial operations of our office. Currently completing his degree program in business and finance, Elijah brings a forward-thinking perspective and an up-to-date understanding of modern financial management to the practice.

In his role as Accounts Officer. Elijah is responsible for managing the office's day-to-day accounting, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring the overall financial health of the firm.

Marianne Carpio - Marketing Officer

Marianne leverages her Master’s degree in International Marketing to drive The Lindain Law Firm’s national and global expansion. As Marketing Officer, she plays a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships with legal organizations and corporate affiliates worldwide. By identifying emerging market opportunities and designing targeted growth initiatives, Marianne ensures the firm maintains a sophisticated, competitive, and highly visible presence on the international stage.
