Daniel earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating with concentrations in International and Comparative Law and Sports Law. Following law school, he clerked for the Missouri State Public Defender in Lebanon, Missouri, and passed the Missouri Bar in 2023. He went on to serve the State of Missouri as an Assistant Public Defender for Laclede and Camden Counties, practicing criminal defense before relocating to California.

Joseph brings a dynamic, business‑minded perspective shaped by his degree in Entrepreneurship. He channels his organizational strength, creative problem‑solving, and meticulous attention to detail into supporting our attorney, staff, and clients throughout every stage of the immigration process. His business training elevates efficiency in case management and enhances the client experience, making him an indispensable member of our team.

Joshua contributes a sharp, communication‑driven perspective to our firm through his degree in Marketing. His foundation in strategic messaging and organizational efficiency strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional service in the business‑immigration space. He supports our attorneys by managing case documentation, coordinating with clients, and keeping each matter moving smoothly—always with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and attentive client care.

Gigi brings a strong analytical foundation to our firm through her degree in Accounting. Her precision, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail strengthen the support provided to our attorneys and staff, enabling the team to stay focused on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

We are proud to have Marjorie as our Communications Assistant, bringing expertise gained from a degree in Mass Communications. Marjorie plays a key role in managing client outreach, handling inquiries, and ensuring clear and timely communication between our office and the individuals, families, and businesses we serve. Her strong background in communication strategies allows us to better connect with clients and provide them with the information and support they need. 

Avelynn is an international motivational speaker, best‑selling author, and educator. Together with her husband, Vic Garcia, she co‑hosts the public affairs program Tulong Ko Pasa Mo Global on TFC, The Filipino Channel. She leads our firm’s media relations, shapes our strategic messaging, and drives our community engagement initiatives, strengthening our connection with audiences both locally and abroad.

Marianne holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s national and global outreach. As our firm’s global ambassador, she helps cultivate relationships with lawyers and legal organizations worldwide, identify emerging opportunities for legal services, and support the development of strategic growth initiatives.
